Firebox products etc are great, but the tracking is nightmare! The first time I ordered they paid me too little cashback (this got sorted when they amended my cashback). The second time they completely failed to add my cashback (after two months I'm still waiting for them to sort that out!). The third time they awarded me cashback then canceled it (I'm still waiting for this after a month!).
