No problems with the cashback. Received when stated.
The delivery company Fireplaceworld used did cause problems, when they turned up a day early and no one was in, meaning another day off had to be sorted to sit in for the delivery.

Despite paying for next day delivery the product was not in stock but this problem was soon sorted out.The fire was purchased at sale price and to get cashback was an extra bonus.Everything has gone well from tracking through to payment,which I should receive in the next few days.The whole process will have taken approx. 7-8 weeks.
