Rubbish merchant, booked a holiday Feb. 2013 costing £2400 only expecting £10 cashback, never tracked, travelled July 2013 refused cashback in Aug. 2014 believe it or not!!

have waited over a year for £10 cashback on a £2000 holiday only for it to be rejected. Several possible reasons were given, but nothing specific.

Cashback pending in my account quite quickly and actual Cashback was then received, once the holiday had been taken and the holiday was over, within a couple of weeks.

STAY WELL CLEAR> After booking this holiday as always through topcashback and not doing anything any different, first choice after over 14 months have declined a £20 cashback and topcashback cannot persue.!! Holiday paid for over 3K, shame on first choice and topcashback.. Booked this years with Thomas Cook that tracked and became payable before we'd even paid the full amount for the holiday!!

Waited nearly 7 months for this to track with lots of nudges, finally told it was refused and no real explanation just, 'this might be because of x,y,z' none of which were true. Very disappointing

Booked in June 2013,traveled in September 2013, spent over £2500, £20 cash back not recorded yet (Jan 2014) disappointed. Had 2 further holidays since but not with 1st choice!

Absolutely appalling service and terrible experience. Was very careful when clicking the link from TC website then proceeding straight to booking without navigating away from the page as another recent claim was cancelled for this reason. After booking I waited a few months only to be told the claim would be put 'on hold' until my stay dates had passed. Ok fair enough...so the stay dates came and went...I chased it up and finally got a response around 7 weeks after my stay saying I must have clicked another link or an intermediary website must have somehow become involved...I know for a fact this is not true as I was very careful that I proceeded correctly so it could track properly unlike a previous occasion. That is it now, Top Cashback say they cannot do anything else and I will not get my £30 cashback. Terrible service and response.

Purchased a holiday. Cashback is supposed to be £20.20 up until tomorrow (special offer) has only tracked at £10.10 so have asked Top Cashback to try and find out why. Very misleading for customers. Why offer a higher amount and then only pay what they usually pay?

The cashback shown was £20.10 for all inclusive holidays & ended in 4 days. The transaction was quickly added to my top cashback account however only £10.10 was added. When I sought to complete the missing cashback as I could not find any terms that I missed this would only be processed after the date of the holiday, only £10 I know but I do feel a little disappointed.

I booked my holiday in August and no cashback appeared. I raised a case with Topcashback who informed me that this retailer will not look at claims until you return from your holiday. We returned a month ago and it was duly submitted by Topcashback but still no sign of any cashback. Very poor service First Choice
