MANY ORDERS, NONE TRACK
At least 5 orders over the past few months, none of them ever track. Disappointing considering the money I have spent.

They did paycash back but sent me the wrong items
I had to raise a missing cashback claim but in fairness Footlocker did pay out 2 months later which is a relief considering how many other reviewers have missed out.
However Footlocker sent me the wrong items. Other retailers would just collect the wrong items and send replacements. Not with Footlocker - I have to take the items back myself then order the replacements which means I lose out on the discount applied on my original order. Their CS was pathetic and didn't care. It's no surprise they have a lot of 1/5 reviews on a certain popular company review website.
1 star for the wrong items experience. Added a star as they did at least pay out the cashback.
