Very few actual records. The site appears to be an index not records. Ancestry has records this does not. They do not send you renewal reminders so after a year you find you are paying again for something you are not using. Trying to stop autorenewal is very misleading. says you are canceling membership rather than stopping renewal. Recommend you avoid them.

Although the actual Cashback worked well, the product from Forces War Records is terrible. They really have very little information, simply lists of those who served. Medals are listed as what they "should" have received rather than any specific details. Beware also, that even if you sign up for just 1 month, they will automatically take a second month's fees with no warning. Customer service is non-existent and they will not reply to messages. I think it is a bit of a shoddy organisation and certainly not worth what they are charging (even with the cashback). Shame on them for exploiting service men and women. I will be going to my credit card provider to reclaim the money taken
