It took over 8 months, but I did finally get my cashback :)
However, the value of the car insurance in the first place was far better than other offers I was receiving so the cashback was simply the icing on the cake. My advice? Don't rely on using your cashback for a looong time, but its worth seeing the price you get anyway, just be patient for the cashback. Very patient.

Very frustrating - 14 months in and still no cashback or response. Claim submitted many months ago but again no response from Ford at all. All this and we have two Ford cars! Never again.

To answer my own question of 18 september: yes, finally! After more than 7 months of waiting the cashback has now become payable, so don't lose heart, it will happen eventually!

Bought policy in February, nearly 6 months ago! Finally confirmed but still waiting to become payable. If it ever materialises it will probably in time for my sons to inherit it!

Been waiting 22 & 18 weeks now for 2 different policies, not sure where top cashback get an average 13 weeks & 4 days from! Poor response from top cashback. Still waiting!

It took from October to June this year before I received my cash back, which I think is very very poor of them...So if you are waiting then expect to wait and wait for months!!!

Average tracking speed 3 hours !!! Not 5 months and counting then as i have experianced.Have to agree with footey terrible, easily the worst I have dealt with on TCB, will definitely not use again

Tracked within 2 hours on the 22/07/10 and the full £54.50 became payable on the 30/09/10. Great service would highly recommend.
