Wish other companies were this good. Cheapest price I found on book as a present, ordered, delivered within a couple of days, cashback tracked immediately, and has gone to payable quickly. Well Done and recommended Foyles.

They were cheaper than anywhere else for the books I wanted; they have a loyalty points scheme; they gave a good 7% cashback which has gone to payable very quickly.

Tracked quickly and became payable within 2 months, great service. With the cashback plus free shipping and a floyalty card, most of the books are even cheaper than amazon.co.uk.

I love the Foyles bookshop in London, it's great to visit but their website could display the books a little better and give more information on them. I would still use the Foyles website for buying books as I like the shop so much, think that they deserve support as they aren't a big chain store and their prices are very competitive.

Tracked within 24 hours and confirmed about 2/3 weeks later. I made a purchase on 18 September and it's still not payable yet.

Placed two orders on same day: one tracked within half an hour, the other didn't track at all. Manual claim submitted and missing cashback appeared two weeks later. Very happy with purchases and Foyles customer services were very friendly, obliging and efficient.

Placed two orders, one 4 days ago, the other 13 days ago and as yet no transaction has been acknowleged through TopCashBack.
The first of my orders has been received and in good condition. No complaints about the service or price - just saddened that I will have to go the extra mile and chase my cashback.

Ordered a book just before Christmas and it needed a nudge from the Topcashback team to track. This went smoothly (thankyou TopCashback team) and is due to pay at end of this month. Although the book, when opened as a Christmas present was damaged, Foyles Customer Service has been astounding in putting matters right. A new book was re ordered by them and posted on to Turkey at no extra cost, since my son had returned to there after Christmas. My return postage has been fully repaid too. Emails and phone calls have continually kept me in touch with proceedings. Its the best after sales customer service I have ever received.
