having to wait 16 weeks for cashback is not good and 1% for existing customers is very poor. Advertising 20%on the Fashion Hub but not on their page as that is only for new customers. Very misleading.r.

Cashback advertised as 5% but tracked at 1%. I raised a ticket and after 18 months of waiting was told they wouldn't pay out more than 1%, despite the advertised rate of 5%.
