The bed that we ordered took a couple of weeks longer for delivery than expected, without being contacted by the company to explain the delay. When the bed arrived it was damaged and after several times of chasing the company, they finally arranged for the manufacturer "Airsprung beds" to arrange for a new one to be sent out. When it arrived it was then a completely different design and colour to our bed. We are not awaiting for the next replacement bed, which will hopefully be the one that we need. Having said this, cashback did come through, but would not recommend ordering from this company.

AVOID THIS COMPANY. This statement is coming from someone who is usually very forgiving... I made a mistake in my initial order and phoned them within 5 mins to cancel one of the 14 items I was buying. My order value was over £2500. It took about 6 weeks and much prodding on my part to get it refunded. When the furniture finally arrived, after the delivery men had gone (you have to unpack the stuff yourself and they don't take away the huge cardboard and polystyrene sheets or acres of wrap-film) I found that I had two damaged items (a mirror and a wardrobe). They said if I sent them photos of the wardrobe they would offer a discount but I wanted to return the mirror anyway. It took them 4 weeks to collect it and another 5 weeks and many promises later I am still waiting for the refund for the mirror. In the meantime I bought a different mirror from them for which they said I had to pay up-front (even though they owed me!) and which did eventually get delivered. The wardrobe meanwhile will not stay square so the doors don't align (a builder/kitchen-fitter friend spent half an hour trying to adjust before he concluded the problem was the original build wasn't square). I emailed Furniture 123 several times saying I wanted it replaced and got no response whatsoever, nor to the photos I had sent them previously. Finally over the phone they have agreed to replace it but god knows how long that will take. They won't put anything in writing or commit to anything, just say someone will call... then leave you hanging. Then last week the dressing table stool collapsed under me (I only weigh 9 stone!) and they are now also supposed to be replacing that too. At least someone said "sorry" (that was a first!). Right now I have a stool in pieces in my way, a wardrobe that the doors don't close properly, several bruises on my foot and hand from falling when the stool broke, and not a peep from Furniture123... not even my long overdue refund. I have attempted to use this company 3 times in the past and Not once have received the Items I have ordered. The service we received was in my eyes very pour. They advertise items they do not have in stock and the spin you a yarn to keep your money that take straight away from your account (earning them interest ). Even when we got a delivery date from the suppliers the goods did not show. When we e-mailed them asking where our goods were they just e-mailed back saying it was the suppliers fault, and could And could only tell us when the next stock would arrive at the suppliers. No attempt was made to find out where my original delivery went.There is also no contact number which I find bad business practice. I will never be ordering from this company again.

Item tracked quickly and was paid just after the furniture was delivered, about 8 weeks after ordering. Cashback was paid on the ex-VAT amount, a fact not mentioned on the merchant's page.

didnt receive the cashback of 7.5% but used the 5% discount code. good service and delivery spot on. call customer services to confirm order and delivery address, particularly if the delivery address is different to billing address as this can put the order on hold for security.

Cashback was added to my pending list quickly. Problem has been that payment for the goods was deducted immediately but then the money was taken instantly again yet I still have not received initial refund. Have been told it will be within 30 days. Not good enough.
