Pretty good experience. The jungle gym kit was delivered 1 day later than estimated. Cashback paid fairly quick after that.

Spent quite a lot of money with them (474.95) expecting at least £12 of cashback only to find out they take the VAT you pay off your order then work out your cashback. Also had to pay £54 for delivery despite them claiming it was free delivery to UK mainland! Wouldn't use again.
