I went through topcashback because there was supposedly 5% off my purchase. I have heard or seen nothing in my account so the rating is 3 stars. The product they sent was fine and arrived quickly but I could have got it cheaper somewhere else without the 5% off.
I am annoyed that this seems to happen frequently as you are lured in with discounts and offers that do not happen.
