Dealt with this company 3 times though cash back once for £250 NO cash back again for £23 got cash back in two days, and again for £70 NO cash back, do you see the trend, I wish there product was no good, at least then I wouldn't be drown to them, also watch there guarantee wording I suggest you have an expert Analise it I personally think it is bordering on being fraudulent or a the very least deceptive and I have had first hand experience that they will not honer it

Purchased a product from Garmin in December 2010, my account is still showing zero, my advice is if the product suits your needs then buy it regardless of the promised cashback, however if it's the cash back that tempts you then think again, you will wait a very long time or it will fail to materialise.

Cashback is a bit hit and miss, the physical item ( a power supply I could have got elsewhere for 1/4 of the price I paid, silly me) has now been rewarded but hte most expesive item of a maps download is still struggling it seems that Garmin have now acknowledged the payment item but have yet to actually pay up.

Paid for two items yesterday but only the cheapest item which is yet to be delivered registered any cashback. So this item was quick to register an waiting for the more expesive maps download to register, will give it a week to see what happens.
Downloaded maps are good though am looking forward to using them in the next few weeks.
