Used to be good company, now employ poor staff telling lies and hanging up on you when you complain. Delivey tme is appalling, with no communication.

Liars, Liars, Liars, Customer service told me wine was in transit, still in wine companies hands. Ordered £300 of wine 6th July, told me it was with courier 14th July LIARS, it is still with wine company, had a special event on the 23rd July still not with courier, customer services tried to blame Yodel LIARS, its still with you, LIARS. Customer services Lied to me about delivery, cannot trust this company at all they are LIARS. Giordano wines you have been found out as LIARS and I will brand this all over social media and the internet, you have ruined a special event I will do my best to ruin your reputation, YOU LIARS.

Bought a wine hamper set from Giordano for a Christmas present last year and it was very well received, so product wise I would recommend. Can't say the same for cash back, however. 10 months on and I still haven't received my cash back - nor am I likely to and have settled for half through TopCashBack's fair play policy.
Be aware that once you buy from them they add you to their marketing list and they will ring you regularly trying to sell you stuff, and send you lots of unwanted junk mail. Feels slightly cheeky to me that they continue to market stuff at me but won't confirm my purchase from them. Won't be buying from them again.

This is an excellent introductory package and tremendous value. You will probably need to lodge a manual claim, but I have received cashback, although it took a while. Plenty of ongoing offers from Giordano, too.

I ordered the wine package deal with a free dinner set and food included. I did not expect the extras to be delivered or any good, but was pleasantly surprised. As yet have not received the cashback, but with free delivery and the extras what can you expect...
