	I ordered rimless glasses they phoned me to say my prescription was not suitable for these frames so they asked me to pick another frame which would be suitable for my prescription which led to the cancellation of the first order number leading them to create another reference number but with the same price and to my dismay cashback was cancelled

	I wish I'd read the reviews before using this company. I'd already used them before so was pleased with their products etc, but as for paying cash back. That's another story! Bought in May and still waiting for the cashback.

	Ordered glasses from local optician, and then 2 pairs on BOGOF from Glasses Direct. There is no difference in quality or fit, so will definitely use this supplier again.

	if you want fast cash back go else where!!! two pairs of glasses purchased December 2012.........still no cash back......just shows as confirmed.......come on TCB would have expected better!

	I have used this company several times as their products are a reasonable price and quality for everyday glasses around the home however having just had my third experience of cashback money not coming through, I would definately not recommend using this company for cashback.

	Brilliant service. You can order 4 pairs for free to try on at home then submit your presecription and have your glasses or sunglasses almost within the week. Will never use a high streeet opticians again for glasses or lenses. Take advantage of free eye tests and then just enter them in online!

	Bought glasses last Septemebr. Had to lodge a msising claim which was eventually agreed with payment due end of February but still awaiting payment in may 2012 ie 6 months later.

	did not track to start with then had to nudge. Came back with some excuse as to why they would not pay. £32 + not a small amount of cashback. Don't expect to get your money!

	Purchased my glasses on 28/10/2011. Tracked quickly and was confirmed as being payable by 30/11/2011. Am still waiting for my cashback of £7.05 today,1st February 2012!

	from start to finish the whole experience with glasses direct was great, trail pack was sent quickly with regular email notice of stages of ordering,(they also called to check I was happy with the service so far) bought 2 pairs (1 free) for my wife and I (2 different prescriptions) cashback tracked within 2 hours and used TCB discount code and got everything for £90, reading some of the negative comments I cant help thinking that maybe they did something wrong as the service glasses direct produces is so user friendly and written in such a light hearted way it would be very difficult not to understand the deal!

	I ordered the glasses, but they sent the wrong pair. I returned them no problems (I had to pay postage) and they sent the correct pair. All good. But no cashback was paid as their system now says I returned the glasses. After 1 year of sending all the order numbers and calling them I gave up with them

	Cashback failed to track, took over 10 months for Glasses Direct to finally reject the topcashback claim for just £1.80. Sent me the wrong glasses and didnt reply to the note I put in with the return. Spoke to a member of staff on telephone and was told couldnt buy work safety glasses online and had to be via telephone, so had a final look online to see which pair to buy and rang back and was told by a different member of staff I could buy them online! Over all poor shopping experience and I Never use Retailers again that promise cashback and then dont pay out!

	Cashback tracked really quickly and so far I am really impressed with customer service...I have high hopes for the glasses when they turn up. Discount code saved me £27 and over £15 cashback. RESULT!

	No end of trouble with Glasses Direct. Not only do they exaggerate their savings, but their legendary customer service is pretty abysmal. They didn't have my first frames in stock, refused to take back my 'free pair' but wanted to charge full price for them, and when I finally found suitable replacement frames my order got 'stuck' in the system and took 3 weeks to arrive. On top of all this, they declined to pay cashback.

	No problems whatsoever and after discount and cashback glasses were as cheap as buying in Thailand but with higher quality, thinner lenses.

	Very quick to track. Excellent customer service and phone call to check prescription details befoer processing order. Then received emails at every stage of order production and glasses received within 2 days of dispatch. Well recommended. Glasses are better than the ones I purchased the week before from a well known high street opticians!
