Bought a Miele C3 Total Solution Vacuum, as this was a major purchase I went to great ends to ensure the cashback went through, hence the three visits listed when I placed a ticket, how could it not track?. The price was a few quid cheaper than everywhere else and with the cashback over £9 I was always a little suspicious. I ordered some extra bags too, they opened the box, put them inside and taped it back up - pragmatic I guess but when it arrived it looked second hand, thankfully the vacuum inside was brand new and is as good as I had hoped. A bit upset at the cashback not tracking, not much you can do though.

Excellent customer service. I had issues with my order (my fault, rather than Go Electrical). I was promptly emailed by a member of the online team and the issue was resolved. Thank you to Karen @ Go Electrical - I will definitely be ordering from this company again.
