Declined no 2 transactions. No reason to decline both mine and my partners car insurance throuh them never missed a payment and yet cash back still declined

Stayed at 39 weeks for around 24 weeks and then declined for no reason. Can't submit a claim for some reason - the transaction is not showing when I try to! And the support tickets don't cover this either. Great.

Tracked 3 times for insurance worth £1350 and then declined. Not happy and beware because it tracks and then declines quite a time later

Cashback was a very good amount and price was obviously the best i located as i went with Go Compare. However, 39 weeks for cash back to be paid? Terrible.

2nd attempt to leave feedback regarding gocompare, funny how first one was not published to help topcashback users decide. gocompare cashback failed o pay me ant cashback, this despite opening a topcasback customer care case, I bought car insurance in late September it is now late Februray they have still not paid up despite all proof being sent to topcasback customer care who have passed it on to them. Please select most recent reviews of gocompare to see many similar reviews.

I purchased insurance via gocompare.com in late September 2016 they have still not honoured the deal despite clear proof of purchase and all relatedemails being sent to them by topcashback custmer care, it is now nearly March 2017 and still there is no response from gocompare so I definitely do not trust them to honour their cashback commitmemts and as a result would not buy any insurance from them even on their own website, I make sure I share this experience with friends and family. Avoid and o for a trusted topcashback provider.

Purchased a car insurance policy with Admiral via Go Compare. After almost 6 months of waiting Go Compare claim that they can't find my transaction so cashback has been declined. I have given Go Compare all order reference/policy numbers, contact details, etc and they have refused to honour my cashback. Ridiculous. This can only mean that their staff aren't trained properly, their staff are lying or their tracking system needs to be fixed. Very unhappy and will not be using this merchant in future.

Purchased car insurance in August 2016. Cashback wasnt credited so raised a support ticket. Go compare said they couldnt identify my purchase. Fortunately I had kept all the times when I clicked through for the quote and when I paid the insurer. They eventually "found" the transaction but like others not payable for 39 weeks. It did however become payable in January 2017. Tip - keep all the times you click through to this merchant otherwise you may be fobbed off with it "not being able to be identified" !

This 39 week wait is a joke and top cashback are lying when they say the payment should be payable 14 days after it had been comfirmed. My payment has been confirmed for weks now but is still not payable and i cant even put a suport ticket in until the 39 weeks have pased. I am sure top cashback are holding onto the cash

Hi there, faster paying means that once your transaction has been confirmed, we would expect your transaction to become payable within 14 days after that. It can take a bit of time for a transaction with a merchant such as Go Compare to confirm due to validation periods that do need to pass, this is why we do provide a 39 week estimate which is based on how quickly we have received the cashback in the past. This is just an estimate though so it could take a little less time to validate your transaction and for the cashback to be passed forward. Absolute joke. Bought car insurance through them at the begining of October. Was originally listed as 3 weeks to recieve but is now showing as 39 weeks!! What the hell!! I should have checked the statistics at the bottom of the page which states that TCB last recieved a payment from them back in February 2016 for transactions in January. Will not be using them again.

Hi there, sorry for any confusion caused, we used to run just quotes for this merchant which is why the 3 week estimate appeared, now that the cashback is offered on full policies we have now updated the estimate to reflect this so that you get a more realistic idea of when we expect to receive the cashback, this will take longer than the quotes I'm afraid. Due to the validation period that needs to pass for a transaction with this merchant to be confirmed, it can take that extra bit of time for your transaction to progress but as these are just estimates we provide, it may be that you are not waiting as long as this for the cashback.
