	Always paid out - But not this time This is the fifth year in a row that I have taken an Home Insurance Policy through Go Compare and they have always paid out. However this time, for some reason, the cashback was declined, despite it tracking successfully. Given the other reviews, it look like the merchant is pocketing the cashback. Not sure it is worth it if you lose a customer

	Declined - could've saved elsewhere Like many other reviews, Cashback was declined as "we (TopCashback) haven’t been seen as the reason this order was placed". Had a slightly cheaper quote elsewhere but went with GoCompare as the "promised" £36 more than covered the difference in quotes. Doesn't seem to stop them sending me emails every other day! Won't be using them again, via TopCashback or otherwise. Surprised they are still being used by TopCashback given the number of poor reviews.

	Prepare to be scammed! Unfortunately GoCompare use cashback as an incentive for customers to use their services however in the end never payout. After following all the terms and conditions very carefully and purchasing Home Insurance with a cashback of £36, the cashback was declined. I appealed the missing cashback for GoCompare to comeback and decline it again. The worst part is GoCompare could not confirm as to why my cashback had not been paid.

	Dishonest Read all of these reviews. They seem to simply decline all legitimate purchases and will then blame you for not following correct procedures.....Total bull. Use another insurance comparison. Can't believe topcashback still put them on here, doesn't look good for topcashback either.

	Scam don’t honour Don’t honour insurance purchase won’t be using again. Took 4 months and just declined. Saying TCB weren’t the reason of the purchase what a load of rubbish.

	SCAMMERS! ALSO DECLINED MY CAR INSURANCE CLAIM! Like with many many others they declined CB for no reason and also did same with the home insurance CB which i did at same time, usually use moneysupermarket who always pay but fell for them allegedly paying any excess. Lesson learnt x 2, SCAM

	cashback Declined after reading the other reviews I realised they are declining many peoples cashback without any reason, I have raised a claim through TCB but I dont hold up too much hope of getting my cashback, on the good side I did save over £100 through a new quote through go compare but I probably would use another comparison site in the future as this has left a bad taste in my mouth

	Cashback declined! Go Compare claimed that they have no record of my transaction! Reading the recent reviews I see that this happened with many other customers too. Very disappointed to say the least.

	Cashback declined on both Home and Car insurance with Go.Compare I have screenshots of my quotes proving that my purchases via TopCashback were tracked by the insurer concerned (both for Home and Car insurance) but cashback was declined. I have submitted claims and will have to wait and see. I will be trying another cashback site next time.

	Refuse to pay cash back I purchased my house insurance policy from them via Top Cashback and expected to receive £36 cashback. The visit is recorded on Top Cashback, but 3 months later Go Compare say i did not purchase via Top Cashback and refuse to pay out. It's impossible to provide any other details. Have used Top Cashback on many occasions and never had a problem. Therefore this is the first and last time i will purchase any policy from them.

	GoCompare Scam Like many others I did exactly what is requested to claim cashback from GoCompare, and it was declined. It's beginning to look like an online scam. I would suggest to all not to use the link. The promise of a higher payout compared to others may sound good. But the reality is that you get nothing at all, so a smaller cashback/discount is better than nothing. I'm surprised that TCB are involved in this scam, it does nothing but damage their reputation.

	declined Cashback declined even though I did everything I was supposed to. Can't even lodge a claim as TCB now saying I didn't visit the retailer on this date, when it is showing in my account that I did. Rubbish

	Cashback doesn't track I followed all steps required when taking out the policy to ensure I'd be eligible and the cashback was declined by the retailer. I submitted a claim but topcashback were unable to help as the retailer refused. Waste of time- don't bother with this one!

	Weasel words ro avoid payouts As many others jave said, followed steps to the letter and cashback is delcinedd. Raising a claim against these clowns is pointless as this will be rejected and TCB are about as useful as a chocolate fireguard. This has now happened twice, it wont happen a third time. If iI was a cynical person I would almost be tempted to think TCB are in on this !

	Avoid Using At All Costs Like others have said I have also followed the steps fully which successfully tracked. They declined the first one, so I raised a claim and again they have declined it for the second time. Go Compare need to be removed from Top Cash Back when they clearly cannot honor the cashback to people. Use other comparison websites that will pay.

	Go Do One! Go compare have blagged me twice now on car insurance payouts, they offer a good incentive then Welsh on the payout, claiming that there was no proof that the purchase was made through TC, utter shit! ??id give them zero points feedback! Never again!

	Declined Made sure that my adblock was turned off, cleared all cookies and purchased by going from TCB to GoCompare to Sky via their process. At no point did I click away or open / close the tab. 3 months later cashback was declined on the basis TCB was not the origin of the order. If you are using the cashback to budget your premium amount then don't count on this method. I also did a car insurance quote using the same method and it also got declined.

	Don't pay out on Home Insurance When it comes to something like home insurance where cashback is a difference maker, these didn't pay out, my vpn and ad blockers were all turned off as well

	Don't expect to get cashback I selected Go Compare as it offered the best cashback on the site at the time for home insurance. When completing the application there was an error and i had to finish the application over the phone. This shouldn't have been an issue as the application number was tracked and referenced on my claim. The cashback was declined, reason given was that Top Cashback may not have been the last referral click. I am very meticulous when using Top Cashback, so I know this was not the case. I won't use this company again, regardless of whether the incentive is better.
