	They refuse to pay for genuine tracked purchases Purchased a home insurance policy which was originally tracked but GoCompare then declined to pay the cashback with no explanation. Raised a ticket and provided details of the policy etc but declined again with no explanation. Avoid this merchant.

	Not impressed - declined cashback Not impressed at all - I bought a home policy on 13 Dec 22 and cashback was declined on 16 Feb 23. No explanation was given. I purchased via the TCB website and didn't visit any other websites apart from Gocompare and the selected insurer, so I really don't understand how they can decline the cashback. TCB should provide more protection for the consumer in the form of comprehensive tracking requirements by vendors. I have raised a claim, so let's see if TCB can restore my faith in their service.

	if i could give no stars i would. Bought insurance, they say their software couldn't track the transaction even after complaint. Utter rubbish.

	My cashback has been declined for GoCompare but I have no idea why. So who gets the referral commission when GoCompare decline your cashback? Yes, that's right, GoCompare keep it all for themselves....! No more custom from me.....

	Have just had my cashback declined after clearing cookies etc. and am fuming as this was a genuine purchase and as others have posted I will not be using Gocompare again if they do not honour my purchase and cashback in times of austerity! Watch this space!

	Avoid at all costs. Cashback of £33 declined today for a valid purchase made two months ago and no reason given! Why do TCB continue to promote this company when they never pay out? Maybe somebody at TCB can answer this....

	Purchased 2 seperate policies a couple of months apart by going through tcb - both cashback declined. Fuming as I could have got the same policies by going through topcashback compare but elected to use gocompare for a higher cashback amount. I'm around £80 down overall. DO NOT USE IF EXPECTING CASHBACK, you'll probably be declined despite following the steps to qualify. Misadvertising at its worst
