	Declined cashback As others have recently advised, my cashback was declined. In my case it was because referral from topcashback could not be verified. I ensured I met the t&c's by completing a new quote by clicking through TCB, so don't accept Go.compare's explanation as factual. £38 is a significant amount to be declined, do won't be using Go.compare in the future.

	No cashback received I took out Home Insurance in February 2022 and 2023 and waited for cashback which has never been paid to my Topcashback account. I made a request for it through Topcashbacks non payment received section and was informed after sometime that payment would not be made. I proviided policy references so Why has the cashback not been made? It seems that either Go compare or Topcashback keep the money. Same thing with cashback on Car Insurance never received the cashback. Let's see what happens this year.

	No cashback no idea why I bought two car insurance policies using this site and instructions were to get new quote I did this with go compare and no cash is showing. As I've used this site before I ignored updated policy quotes that were there already and clicked new quote- I ensured I did this properly I wasted my time as no money showing ion dashboard Very disappointed as I factored this into cost

	Will never go with you again or my family I did everything right you acknowledged my purchase of home insurance, say i have 250 excess coverage but refused to pay the 38 pound cashback twice. So much for your customer service godottwizzle now Steve and Sheila

	It didn’t track My cashback didn’t track and I ended up paying more for insurance by going through go.compare. I’m never using go.compare in my life ever again

	STAY CLEAR, CASHBACK WILL NOT BE HONOURED After many months, my cashback claim was rejected on the basis that TCB wasn't the last referral site, which is absolutely untrue. Prior to purchasing my home insurance, I made sure that I complied with all T&C's for cashback as well as cleared all web browser cookies. I feel I have been cheated by Gocompare because the whole point of me purchasing the insurance with them via TCB was for the promised cashback. Going forwards, I will not be using them or recommending them to family or friends.

	Do not use this company. Refused my cashback claim. I am aware to clear cache etc. to ensure you get cashback and always do this to ensure I get my claim. Despite this they have declined my cashback claim. I certainly don't recommend them and I will never use them again I've been with topcashback for many years and never experienced this. See from reviews others have experienced the same

	Cashback refused Purchased a home and contents insurance policy and cashback was refused. I followed all the instructions, I allowed all the cookies, and Top Cashback was the final referrer. No idea why it was refused

	Cashback Declined I needed home insurance, so clicked through, got a quote, signed up and paid for the insurance. Go compare declined the claim on the same day. This is outrageous, as I presumably got them commission for signing up through them, when I could have gone to the supplier directly. I would not recommend using this link, as you will only be benefiting topcashback and gocompare while getting nothing yourself.

	They refuse to pay for genuine tracked purchases Purchased a home insurance policy which was originally tracked but GoCompare then declined to pay the cashback with no explanation. Raised a ticket and provided details of the policy etc but declined again with no explanation. Avoid this merchant.

	Not impressed - declined cashback Not impressed at all - I bought a home policy on 13 Dec 22 and cashback was declined on 16 Feb 23. No explanation was given. I purchased via the TCB website and didn't visit any other websites apart from Gocompare and the selected insurer, so I really don't understand how they can decline the cashback. TCB should provide more protection for the consumer in the form of comprehensive tracking requirements by vendors. I have raised a claim, so let's see if TCB can restore my faith in their service.

	if i could give no stars i would. Bought insurance, they say their software couldn't track the transaction even after complaint. Utter rubbish.
