My cashback was tracked initially, but it was declined two days later even though I had carefully followed the criteria, and it seems I am not the only one on here with that problem. If you expect a cashback don’t use “GO COMPARE”

Not paid out and after many debates with topcashback they still refuse to admit that this company does not pay out. Look at all the recent comments. You have to go back to 2016 to find a good one. Topcashbaack still put the best comments to the top which misleads the customer. AVOID GO COMPARE.

cashback decline despite valid policy. Unable to claim as purchase was made over 100 days ago but have only just rec'd notification of denied cashback. Terrible service all-round

I bought home insurance in July 2017 and it was initially declined. I put in a claim and I have just received the cashback in April 2018. Eight months to get my cashback is rubbish. I will think twice before using Go Compare again.

What a joke this is! I bought my home insurance (full payment) through GoCompare nearly 1 YEAR AGO, and it failed to track. I submitted a claim as instructed with all requested details, which went quiet for numerous months. To cut a long story short, I am still waiting for this to be processed, and no-one seems to think that it's abnormal that this is done so casually (nearly a year on, they'll just send it back with the next batch of claims) and so slowly.

Purchased car insurance through gocompare and it tracked at £0.00 And has not been uprated in over a month. Also did the home insurance with them as well and this hasn't tracked at all. Not impressed.
