Got a quote but didn't track. Tried again and didn't track again. Tried to submit a claim, but found out claims cannot be submitted for this merchant. I should have checked the dates of the last reviews as they are all quite old now. Unless I see some new positive reviews in the near future, I will have to believe that TCB are leading us the garden path with this one. .
