	I deposited the required amount on 21May and it tracked quickly. It then went to confirmed relatively quickly but that is as far as it has got! I think this one is a waste of time as yet not one person has seen the cash back in there account although everything has been done according to t&c' s.

	Total joke. Tried to deposit and I just had a transaction sit there "waiting". Customer service just tell you to wait for it to change or "we can't see any deposit" - yet it is listed there in my history. Completely confused :s

	Found site very laggy causing the deposit to get stuck on the verify stage and the live chat guy just told be to wait as I don't think he had a clue on how to deal with the issues

	Cashback didn't track, so I raised a claim, but it has been denied. Not sure why as I wagered the £40 as required. Did win though, so came out with a £30 profit.

	I beg you all to stay away. Apparently I didn't wager the correct amount. The cashback terms stated £40.00 on slots alone. I wagered £45.00; this was confirmed by two different people in live chat, as well as my play history of total bets. Complete Farce!

	Ok, if you have read my original feedback above, this is the update: Their customer care department wrote back to me saying that the promotion was a topcashback promotion and had NOTHING to do with them, they do not even know who topcashback is and i will not get any money from them. STAY a million miles away, they only seem to want to pay out if you loose! Be warned.

	I opened an account thinking that i could freely play £40.00 on slots without any risk since the cashback was £50.00. I deposited the money and played the entire £40.00 on one slot game. The idea was that i would use any winnings from the slot on games i actually like playing - table games. I won some money back from the slot game and with it won £50 on Roulette. I had to jump through hoops to get the £50 paid out, but it eventually arrived. THAT is my only consolation since the cashback was refused with them saying that i did not meet the waggering requirement. This is not true and i wrote to them explaining it. Topcashback tried their best, but no joy. I had carefully read the requirements and did exactly what i was suppose to do, including using the flash version to play as advised in one of their e-mails, but still nothing. I am now waiting for a response to my letter which explained everything again and into which i pasted the topcashback advert and proof of my deposit. Surely their records should show which game i played and with how much. I will write again to say how this finished, but i will not hold my breath. Be careful!

	Deposited & bet the required amount, nothing tracked. Put in an appeal and was subsequently told I had not bet a cashback awarding amount. Simply isn't the case.

	Golden Palace is very poor in my opinion both in terms of the service offered and the cashback which is not being paid. Topcashback did what the could but the merchant refused to pay. In my opinion there are good quality alternatives out there so I would avoid Golden palace!!!!

	Do not go with this site. If you win on the website they won't approve your cashback and say you haven't wagered enough. Even though this is not set in the terms. Stay well clear!!!!!

	Deposited £40 and got another £40 but had a good run and have already been sent £1100 after sending photo id and proof of address,friendly staff and even phoned me to sort id.Awaiting cashback.

	Not tracked after over 24 hours, however I have managed to confirm my identity successfully, and have placed roughly £100 on slots, and lost just £3.99 to gain hopefully £50 cashback. not going to withdraw until tracked claim currently on ICE ICE BABY.

	Been a week now and it still hasn't tracked. Have opened a claim. Deposited and spent £20. Didn't win big, but did manage to withdraw £20 so haven't lost anything. Not easy to withdraw, requires ID.

	Great site and won well over £700 without using the bonus, however they do ask for valid id and to scan your bank card (both sides) to an email of theirs for verification before the initial payout, this to me is a bit odd as all your personal details are then out, why they cant pay back onto your deposit card I do not know? Please let me know via this comments page if you have any luck with this process for now that money ive earnt cant sit idle

	Tracked super fast! deposited 20, got up to 102 after a few roulette spins so went to withdraw, not a simple process! all players need to scan and email both sides of my bank card, a bank statement(I don't get paper statements) and a photo I.D. Think the site is worth a go just for the cashback thats on offer though.

	Tracked very quickly and I even managed to get to £100 withdrawal for this site with my minimum deposit. You do have to wager and bonus plus the deposit x 50 to be able to withdraw
