Ordered (non custom fit) items which were on stock. However still no sign from Golf Store Europe. Trying to contact their Customer Service failed. NEVER AGAIN.

Speedy cashback (appeared straight away, payable in 2 weeks) and great value. Took more than a week to arrive though, and it’s good advice (as others have said) to call first and check stock if you need golf things in a hurry. “Based in the UK!” says the site - yes, but in Derry; and my order spent a few days being “processed in our warehouse”, followed by a weekend in a Parcelforce depot.

I have had a poor experience with GolfStoreEurope. Ordered goods on the 12th February and I am still waiting to receive them. They sold goods that were out of stock. I asked if they could keep me informed if there were delays but they didn't. I had to keep chasing them for information which couldn't be trusted until the 12th March when my order was dispatched. Still waiting to get a tracking number to see where me goods currently are. The customer service manager sent a message saying that the order was dispatched within a normal timeframe for custom clubs. The website says 7-10 working days not one month. When my order was dispatched it said delivery in 7 days. Over 7 days and counting...

They don't advertise as a no-stock site and I thought I was buying something I could receive quickly. The only thing that did happen quickly was the retailer taking payment - £199!! After waiting more than the declared time for a "custom club" (10 working days plus delivery) which mine wasn't anyway, I mailed them and phoned them to find out what was going on and they admitted they couldn't source the stock. Then they tried to sell me something other than the product I had ordered. Jokers through and through. Please do yourself a big favour and go elsewhere.

The website is frustrating with the fact that they show items as in stock when they are not. Ordered a Powakaddy battery but it took 3 weeks to come rather than the 48 hours as stated per the website. A week after ordering, I did phone the shop and was informed that the item was not in stock and I could be refunded. Decided to wait as price was good. Cashback tracked quickly and became payable within about 2 months.

I am happy to continued with my purchase via topcashback. Well email to customer service is becoming important. A few times I have tried to purchase via topcashback and it just didn't happened. Recently I purchased with Argus car rental and online appliance and nothing happened, no percentage given at all. I am quite disappointed. I hope you can help. Regards Maria Burton

I have now been waiting 1 month for custom fitted clubs. They advertise 7-10 days! Trying to contact them is a total waste of time, they just don't care. There are several much better golf stores offering custom fit. They seem to be a bunch of amateurs way out of their depth. I would advise anyone NOT to use their services.

Great price for golf balls, but they didn't deliver my tees, despite numerous calls to Customer Services. in the end I gave up - not worth expending more effort for a £1.99 product. Cashback tracked ok, but not paid yet.
