	Wrong rate paid. However, I ultimately hold TCB responsible as I believe its their job to enforce the payment of correct cashback, rather than just pass the blame on.

	Awful company, they colluded with edf to falsify my readings, they declined cashback, then changed the terms on here stating they were inforce then. However I had screen shots. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

	I changed to Good Energy and met all of the criteria for cashback. It tracked correctly and went through no problem until it because payable and then it was declined (this was after I'd been a GE customer for well over 6 months). All of my information was correct and it was declined for spurious incorrect reasons. Join Good Energy if you want ethical renewable electricity, but not if you expect them to honour their cashback offers.

	Been waiting more than 10 months, avoid if possible. There are better offers with other providers and on average you will wait 6 months to get anywhere

	Took very very long time to payout and were not helpful when contacing them to find out why there was a delay. Never received an answer to my query.

	Switched on 4 October 16 after doing the sign up on 11 Step. Cash back still not Confirmed as of 30 Jan 17 despite payout estimate of 8 weeks avge. Have paid GE for dual fuel by DD for 3 months now. Opened a missing CB claim, TCB did not pursue as allocated my original transaction to the case. So despite lots of nudging and messages I'm back to square one with it still at Pending status nearly 5 months later. I even rang GE who referred me back to TCB. Might have to resort to Resolver like another GE TCB client on here did. £75 is a lot of CB to miss if others are getting theirs OK. Am surprised and disappointed. Reviews were pretty consistently good!

	Signed up to switch on 26 June and cashback was payable on 21 August. Switch was straightforward.
