Still waiting for my cashback after 7 months !! Absolutely disgraceful as I appear to not be the only one waiting for a payout. It's not the money, it's the priciple that a consumer can purchase something based on the fact you will get cash back, but then the merchant doesn't honour the deal. Very poor from Top Cashback to alow a merchant to continue to not honour payments, naking excuses and very poor of a company affiliated to Heathrow Airport to decieve customers in this way. Alos poor of Top Cashback to make the review comments harder to find by putting them in a sub tab on the right hand side, instead of underneath the merchant as previously. Please sort out this merchant Top Cashback.

I had to personally chase this company for the princely sum of £6.88 after n10 months of waiting when it wassuggested the average payout took 12 weeks. Whether it was an oversight who knows but I would be reluctant to use again. The sum is small but its a principle thing.
