Cashback declined
Took out a policy to cover our holiday. Cashback declined, the feedback was that the purchase was cancelled. I offered to send details of the policy and proof of payment, but to no avail. Noted that there are a few reviews with declined cashback.

Still waiting for my full cashback after 1 year
Swayed by the advertised cashback, I took out a travel insurance policy with GoodtoGo Insurance in July 2022. Some time later I received cashback of roughly half that advertised on the TopCashback page. When queried, I was told by TopCashback that they were looking into the matter with GoodtoGo Insurance and would get back to me. Now, 12 months later I still have no resolution to the missing cashback and TopCashback have admitted that they haven't even been given a reason for this by GoodtoGo Insurance. I suspect that GoodtoGo aren't even responding to queries, as I have had no updates or information on my query. Watch out!

Used this service, only bought due to the cashback, and a month later it got rejected without explanation.

7 months later and still haven’t got the full cash back amount
TopCashback are still chasing goodtogo 7 months after I took the policy out. They have sent me £210.00, which is approximately half the amount I should have got and now they don’t appear to be responding to requests for the balance owed. I took the policy because of the cash back being offered and I feel mislead at the moment

Fine until you need to make a claim - then they don't answer the phone! My wife and I were stranded in Australia for 10 days when she was taken ill - GoodtoGoinsurance wouldn't even answer the phone. Avoid!
