	Item Never Arrived Bought a £200 rent recently during Black Friday event. Tent was paid for and shipped. Delivered by Evri….. to completely the wrong address. No idea where and no sign of it with neighbours or nearby. Evri said contact go outdoors. Go outdoors response was “ we picked it and shipped it. It was delivered by Evri. Claim rejected” So apparently if you order anything it’s at your own risk…. Which is illegal under the 2015 Consumer Rights Act. Don’t waste your time buying anything from these utter scam artists.

	Received no cash back I’ve used this retailer a lot through topcashback but always struggled to get cash back, with the last purchase they kept denying I’d made a purchase and in the end Topcashback gave me the cash back not Go outdoors, I’ve given 1 star because I had to give something

	Reduced cashback My transaction originally tracked correctly in June, but upon the cashback being paid it was reduced to only the membership £5 instead of the actual product that cost me £72.25. I have raised a claim.

	Don't bother! Cashback declined, can't be disputed. They've decided I didn't go through TCB, which is very convenient.

	Poor Payers I have made several, quite high value purchases with this retailer and all but 2 have been declined. No reason given, items were not returned, reason given is “declined by retailer” - no full explanation why. Doesn’t seem much point in using TCB if purchasing from them. Disappointed.

	Wouldn't use again Cashback initially tracked at £37 then suddenly dropped to a few pence. As it was beyond TCB's 100 days deadline I couldn't log a claim. The money was ready to pay out within a few days. The bike was still a good price but it just reinforces the message don't base buying decisions on cashback.

	Neve get cashback I have never managed to get cashback from this site. May be user error, but after many years on TCB and over £4000 saved I don't think so.

	No Cashback Received I've bought a couple of items from this retailer, always followed the T&C's but somehow always declined! From other reviews it appears as though you either always get it or never get it, no real in-between. Weird!

	Liars This company keeps declining my cashback saying I cancelled the order or returned the item which I categorically did no such thing. They are lying to get out of paying a tiny bit of cashback for no real reason. I have the tracking number and the item months later so why they are lying I do not know.

	Tracks but doesn't pay 2 transactions a couple of months apart tracked fine as would be expected as all the correct procedures were followed, (been doing this for a while). Both declined. This has happened before in the past. I buy from them online as the nearest store is 40 miles away and doesn't always have the stock. Next time, I'll wait until I'm in the area anyway and chance it.

	Amount paid significantly different to expected payment Used cashback service in normal way. Payment confirmed at expected amount but once paid it was significantly lower.

	Never successful I shopped twice with go outdoors buy never successful. I logged a claim, and was rejected. Topcashback asked if I used any coupon, I said no, because I didn't. Then they send the request back again, and got rejected again. I contacted go outdoors, they confirmed that I am eligible for the cashback, but topcashback said they have already tried twice and the system wouldn't let them do it the third time... That was almost £10 gone.. A year later, I bought something else with them, and no surprise, it was declined again. I already have no energy to try to get it back, but to warn you the high chance of declined cashback.

	Can't be trusted! Terrible service, ordered over £200 of goods via Top Cashback, some of the order turned up, most didn't. Chased over 2 months, no reply to emails, no goods and now refusing to refund unless close any complaints/ reviews I have open.
