Really poor service. Payment declined despite purchasing items online and making payment on purchase. In store staff weren't helpful. Often there actually stock in store does not match their website. Had a few issues of purchasing items to find they aren't in stock when I try and collect

Did everything right with online order and no other voucher codes but declined cashback. Go elsewhere but not Go Outdoors or Hawkshead as both have declined to pay out on £30 transactions.
