My click and collect order was split due to incorrect website. As the order wasn't "completed" Cashback was rejected. Good enough, when I provided the details it was paid. Had bad experiences with other retailers when this has happened so full marks to GO Outdoors.

I didn't qualify for cash back as I collected my item in store. There wasn't an option to pay online prior to collecting so I had to pay in store.

I purchased goods from Go Outdoors through Top Cashback but the amount showing on my account as owed to me is nil. I have asked this to be looked into but at the moment I am not impressed with Go Outdoors who have had my business but don't seem to want to pay me what is due.
