	Really really happy. The item I bought is something I buy regularly and was 10% cheaper than when I buy it on the high street and had free delivery, so I was saving money even before cashback. I ordered on the evening of the 19th, had an email to confirm dispatch the next day and received my item on the 21st (a Saturday) - amazing considering this was the free UK delivery saver option - I was even able to track my delivery through the courier, which is unusual for a free delivery option. Cashback tracked within minutes of the order being placed. I will definitely be ordering from gorgeous shop again.

	Have ordered goods with Gorgeous previously & everything good. Currently spent far too long trying to place an order which won't go through either by Credit Card or PayPal.

	Ordered for the first time and no cashback received but thought it was my mistake (ie I was new to the site and wasn't sure what actually happens). However when I ordered again I got the 'we have tracked your visit ' screen from TCB and so assumed all would be well. However it is now 6 months on and no sign of cashback. Have lodged a claim but am not holding my breath. Used this company because, needing to buy products regularly, I thought I might as well get a bit of benefit while doing it. However given my own experience and the others I have read about here I have now gone elsewhere. So the small amount of disputed cashback has cost them far more than I have lost.

	First time order from this merchant and it did to disappoint. The item arrived within a week as advertised and by the time it had arrived the cashback had also been made payable, the fastest turnaround I have seen. Will deffo be using this site again

	The customer service i received last time i ordered (September 2012) was disgraceful. The products arrived damaged and caused me huge inconvenience and cost. I contacted customer services who were incredibly unhelpful. I shop online from a whole range of companies at least weekly but the customer service here is by far the worst I've ever encountered. It's appalling.

	My order was cancelled without any reason given and I've bought the products from other site. Two months later my account was debited and they say the order was delivered without being able to provide any proof. Awful customer service. I'll never use this store again.

	I regularly use this retailer and their service is brilliant and prices excellent. I'd like to point out though that they only pay cashback on the value of your purchase pre-VAT so you might get less than you'd expect.

	Before signing up for top cashback i have been using this company for a while so i was pleased to see i could earn cash back for my future purchaes. However i am still awaiting cashback or notification for a 38.00 puchase over a month ago. Judgeing by other comments added it dosnt look like i am going to get it, so it has put me off using these and i will more than likely take my business elsewhere

	Reasonable prices although not the best. Goods turned up after a while but cashback not tracked and although raised a claim nothing heard ever since. The retailer does continue to send out reams of spam which I keep having to block, so I have been trying to avoid them ever since. Cannot recommend on personal experience although others (if genuine) seem to differ.
