Avoid at all costs. They will use every trick in the book to avoid paying out any winnings, if they were based in the UK they would have lost their gaming license by now.

Hi, this is my first review. While I received my cashback I have not got the money I requested as a withdrawal over two months since I requested it. They emailed over a month after the withdrawal request asking for proof of ID (not uncommon for online casinos to request this but in my experience they ask for this a couple of days after the withdrawal request). Now they are saying the I cant get the money out via a cheque which was what I requested. They want me to cancel my pending withdrawal, for which there isn't the option. In summary - while I got the cashback, I haven't got any of the money I won out months on. One to avoid.

I don't normally bother to leave reviews but I would VERY STRONGLY recommend against using this retailer. Now I know using casinos for cashback is an inexact science - and the cashback for this actually did track after a claim was made. However the site itself is extremely dishonest and difficult to withdraw from - there is NO easy way to withdraw back to your bank account or card - I requested a £20 withdrawal by 'Bankers Draft' but 1 month after this hadn't shown up I found my money had been returned because the minimum withdrawal of £25 had not been met. I was lucky enough to win a little more so tried again. Lo and behold, another month later, no 'draft' and support tells me the minimum withdrawal is £50! Joke. Needless to say I lost the lot trying to reach this amount, though if I had have done I'm sure the minimum would have crept up to £75 or £100! AVOID.
