Absolutely terrible. I've had to file a claim for every single purchase except the first - and I use this company a lot! It wouldn't stop me using them but it makes it all something of an unnecessary hassle. Furthermore, Topcashback has never responded to or acknowledged my frequest complaints nor, as far as I can tell, have they done anything to improve matters. They just process the claim and leave it at that. Unacceptable.
