I thought this was great, purchased my monthly season ticket and I'm certain the cashback was paid back via my credit card, as there was £10 refunded on the statement. I would check this if your cashback hasn't appeared on topcashback. Just wish Greater Anglia were running cashback again!

I have open claim requests for cashback for every month I've purchased my season ticket. In theory the season ticket aspect should be removed, as my first ticket was opened in August and still hasn't been resolved. If it was pennies I wouldn't bother with the hassle, but it's not!!

Cashback appears & is quickly payable for single-journey (i.e. non-season) tickets, however I've not received anything for season ticket purchases (missing cashback claims raised)
