Excellent all around. First my order was delivered the very next day (was expecting it to be at least a few days considering i ordered it around 4pm on a friday night. Arrived around 10am the next day. Tracked straight away, slightly higher than expecting but then changed to the correct amount a few days later. Was meant to take 2 weeks to pay out but took 3 but this wasnt any issue, it was over Christmas so was expecting to wait alot longer. Very happy and the hoover is awesome!

Would not recommend. Twice now I have applied for cashback through Gtech and both times were declined. even though correct procedures followed. They sighted 'correct submission has been received' when it has not.
