2 Bookings, Both Tracked Zero - No Cashback
Two bookings made for this retailer where the item tracked but did so as Zero. Told essentially that it would work out after the booking is complete (i.e. after visit), but it did not, and now outside of any 100 day claim ability. Shocking!

Paid out with no problems.
Payout took about 3 months but when it went payable it was a good amount to get for free.

Took a while to get but we did get paid out. This was after changing our booking due to COVID and also making an additional booking to stay longer. We stayed at the hotel in Aug/Sep so it took 7/8 months to get paid out...but at least we did!

Seventeen months to payout £67 on a £1100 spend. They did initially pay out after about a year but when I withdrew the money H10 retracted the payment and took it off me. I'm half expecting this payment being taken back off me. I had already vowed not to use H10 again, this payment if it sticks may just redeem my faith in them.
