	10mths after fitting tyres no Cash Back Last March I have four tyres fitting at home, the Halfords van turned up and fitted them no problem. I chose Halfords, against kwik-fit and other tyre Companies, all prices were much of a much, but Halfords offered cash back, and as a pensioner every penny counts. But here we are in January the following year and I am still waiting for £8.80 cash back to be approved. I have placed a ticket but Top Cash Back say they are waiting for the retailer. I say to Top Cash Back chase the retailer and find out why they have not paid, if no reasonable explanation remove them from your site, as Halfords are misusing your site. It is just away to generate income, and from the reviews I am not alone it must be breaking their contact with you. I fell into their trap.

	Halfords Don't Pay Out I was due cash back from Halfords on numerous things, some were declined, but another was overdue in the end topcashback paid it out to me, so I am happy with customer support from Topcashback but not with Halfords

	Absolutely milking cashback users Have purchased multiple times in a month period and multiple cashback reset to £0 even though rates were clear. They promote a rate for tyre fitting, but then in terms say cashback from autocentre is excluded so they are mis-selling. As someone who knows how cashback sites and these retailers partner through affiliate networks/ platforms, it is clear that Halfords are abusing their partnership with their provider to milk revenue while not paying out to cashback users. The platform should be stepping in along with TopCashback to stop this flagrant misuse of the website. They take the revenue and don't fairly pay out to consumers. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID and report to ASA. Another of the cashback I tracked from Halfords back in April 2024 is still not payable. Return period is 30 days and usually cashback should be released in a timely period after that. Waiting over 8 months for £1 cashback from a retailer is pretty laughable.

	Sits as 'Pending' for ages until long after manual claim window has closed. Same experiences as others, cashback sits as 'Pending' for many months until manual claims window has long closed, then declined without explanation. Usual dirty tricks using cashback websites to attract sales and then refuse to honour the cashback - shop elsewhere.

	Scam! Dont Bother! 2x sets of tyres purchased over 8 months ago. Still in "pending". After reading the other reviews, i dont hold much hope in getting anything. Really angry as it was the supposed cashback on offer that was the decider on my purchases. Lesson learned. TOPCASHBACK Please remove this company from your listings. They are only out to scam people!

	Halfords Preston DASH CAM FITTER SLEEPING IN MY CAR I visited Preston Halfords store to pricematch and for the fitting of a nextbase IQ front and rear camera. At first the pricematch was declined from the nextbase website as I was buying two cameras but after a conversation with the store manager it was approved. So I was told the fitting would take place at 0930 and asked if I could have a 1000 appointment, this was agreed. On the daybof fitting at 0950 the fitter phoned me saying I was 20 mins late of course I wasn't. I left my car with the fitter and returned an hour later to find the fitter FAST ASLEEP CURLED UP IN MY CAR. No progress had been made 9n the fitting other than pushing a wire into the headliner. I told the manager what I had found and he pulled out the wire and refunded me my money.

	Declined after months I spent £500 on tyres and it tracked ok but, after months of waiting, was declined (like a lot of other reviews have said). By then it was too late to submit a claim

	All declined I have three transactions with Halfords from the past 8 months or so. Every one of them has been declined. I don't understand why they're on TopCashback if they refuse to pay!

	Wasted effort Like many previous comments, my transaction tracked, but 8 (Eight) months later Halfords declined cashback. No reason given and no idea why. This is very disrespectful to TCB and its customers. There are too many companies who seem to be taking advantage of TCB while failing to pay up. This is unfair to the good companies who track and pay without delay and particularly unfair on TCB customers.

	Don't bother The transaction will track, and take 10+ months to conclude. And guess what, they will decline it. If Halfords is cheaper without the cashback, then it is a good purchase. But if it is only a good price with the cashback, then I would advise looking somewhere else where you get the better deal upfront.

	Don't bother If I could give no stars, I would have done. Don't bother, I booked a service with them and I've been chasing the cashback for months and then they add a small print disclaimer. They should be removed off Top CashBack if they don't want to reward customers. I will no longer book via Halfords after years of using them.
