Pending since September
Cashback has been pending since September! I don't understand what takes so long, I guess they just don't want to do the cashback. I wouldn't waste your time with them!

Not so good these days
I've been waiting and waiting....and waiting for several amounts of cashback from Halfords. They used to pay out after a few weeks, now it's been many months without them paying out despite the cashback tracking. Have they stopped giving cashback out I wonder?

Cashback did not track.
My purchase did not track. I claimed but it was rejected. Really disappointed. It seems from the other reviews that Halfords avoid paying cashback as much as possible.

Halfords are Cashback Scammers!
Halfords do not pay anyone cashback. (Check other reviews)
I have two which have been pending for over 1 year now.
I complained to Topcashback asking how they can continue to be allowed to scam Topcashback customers when they never pay out. Topcash back told me they are a good honest mechant!!!!
Halfords are dishonest. Topcashback are aware of the problem but continue to allow them to trade from their platform! Not good.

I think all of my previous cashback from Halfords have been consistently declined for some reason.
My latest though progressed to confirmed where is stayed for a couple of weeks, and then went back to pending. Surely missing the point of "confirmed"?!

Dont bother! They will decline the transaction every time
Halfords should be banned by Topcashback. Every single transaction apart from one £0.12 Cashback was declined.

Absolute rubbish
Cashback declined due to asking for an order number that is different to the only one that was provided. Topcashback "customer service" also useless and wouldn't even attempt to resolve despite having full details.

10mths after fitting tyres no Cash Back
Last March I have four tyres fitting at home, the Halfords van turned up and fitted them no problem. I chose Halfords, against kwik-fit and other tyre Companies, all prices were much of a much, but Halfords offered cash back, and as a pensioner every penny counts. But here we are in January the following year and I am still waiting for £8.80 cash back to be approved. I have placed a ticket but Top Cash Back say they are waiting for the retailer.
I say to Top Cash Back chase the retailer and find out why they have not paid, if no reasonable explanation remove them from your site, as Halfords are misusing your site. It is just away to generate income, and from the reviews I am not alone it must be breaking their contact with you. I fell into their trap.

Halfords Don't Pay Out
I was due cash back from Halfords on numerous things, some were declined, but another was overdue in the end topcashback paid it out to me, so I am happy with customer support from Topcashback but not with Halfords
