	Product reserved and collected in store. That bit worked fine. Initially cashback showed up but then changed to zero. Put in a claim but it was rejected with no reason / explanation. Very disappointing.

	Excellent service. The staff were fantastic whilst I was (attempting to) make up my mind which bike I would buy. There was no pressure to buy on the spot, and a suggestion that I order on the web. 10 out of ten.

	I used the reserve and collect option to qualify for cashback from Halfords and on arrival at the store was sent to the desk at the back of the store to collect my order. After 10 minutes of waiting I got fed up and found my items on the shelf and bought them in the normal way - I suspect that this will result in the cashback being declined as there will be no correlation with the reservation number but the time I spent waiting was appalling; I only bought my stuff because I had a Halfords voucher and that is the only reason I would go back in the future!!!

	I ordered a bike for my grandchild for Christmas, it was not available at my nearest store but I rang an alternative store and they had the bike ready for me to collect the next morning. They had assembled it for me and could not have been more helpful.

	I do find the website sometimes difficult to navigate but always find what I'm looking for. Delivery service was good and all goods were excellent.

	Cashback tracked and was fine and dandy until after a month or 2 it became 'paid' but changed to 0 (zero) for cashback....and I cant submit a missing claim now cus I have already cleared my browsers cookies and cache between those months gone, its a good job it wasn't much that I brought...just 2 bottles of engine oil...first time happening on me for any retailer.

	Cashback not as tracked went through as 0p instead of 52p £14.71 spend. it changed to 52p spend.

	The item was not as ordered. The transaction didn't track; claimed and tracked...then payable at zero. Tried to claim but now the transaction no longer happened...must be a virtual car cleaning kit not a real one. Life is too short to spend more time claiming (again) for 45p so I will put this one down to experience (and never go back to Halfords).
