	ordered a sat nav back in Nov 2010 finally after 10 months of waiting for the cashback to be credited to my account I am told I am refused. Halfords are quick to take your cash for your purchase and then not honour their cash back commitment. I am surprise for the 3% cash back they claim to offer, they are willing to upset customers by not honouring cashback. Halfords should be removed if they cannot reliably offer the cashback they claim is available to customers..

	Hi, placed reserve and collect order yesterday and its not showing yet even in tracking. Its for a couple of bikes so wondering about repeating the transaction? Has anyone any advice or experience? Does it not even track until you turn up at the store to pay for the items? No tracking makes me think just that - the online reservation hasnt even been tracked.

	Excellent service provided, child seat fitted into car while we watched and learned! Cashback tracked quickly from the reserve and collect much to my surprise as I don't think purchases from other firms have.

	Refused to honour claim first time around and then said you could not submit a claim again. I do not think they had any intention of paying the cashback.

	Absolute joke. Refusing to honour cashback despite being presented with a scan of the receipt and the original reserve-and-collect order email. False advertising, if not an outright scam, as they clearly have no intention of honouring cashback. Also the setup service on the bike was bordering on dangerous. Third time out, one of the pedals worked lose, and the front brake failed as a consequence of not being tightened properly. This is after supposedly being inspected for safety. Last time I'll be buying anything from these clowns.

	Ordered 2 adult bikes, roofracks and associated kit - Cashback registered quickly - and it was a significant amount - and we picked up & paid for the kit as planned - Halfords Staff at Blackburn were very pleasant. Unfortunately the cashback suddenly showed as zero and inspite putting in a claim, I'm now told that you cannot claim from Halfords twice on the same Order Number... how then can you progress it. June Purchase - now late September and looks like no payment to come. Also, stuff booked online is rarely set aside, so stock in store could be a a bit of a chance.

	Customer service terrible. Empty store yet click and collect not ready and I had to get it myself. Cashback didn't track. Submitted claim - confirmed then after closing claim cashback reduced to zero. Terrible merchant for cashback.

	Finding Reserve and Collect unreliable, the branches just don't have the stock they're advertising. Means I end up missing out on cashback since I end up having to buy an alternative product in store.

	Total waste of time and money... Bought a car seat for just over £93... Transaction didn't track so I had to fill missing claim. When tcb chased up a transaction then after couple of weeks it moved to payable as 0.00. I will never buy from halfords again!!!!

	Purchased top of the range Sat Nav well over £250. Halfords rejected Cashback no reason. Submitted again and still rejected. That's the last time I will be shopping at Halfords.

	Personally I have had appaling service for the first and only time I brought an item with cashback from Halfords (reserve and collect), and as a consequence will not be darkening their doorstep again. I have had to claim to get the cashback to even appear, and then they paid me 0.00, and have declined my further claim as they had the previous order number already associated with a claim (yep the one to get them to acknowledge the purchase) From a personal point of view I would rather crawl on hot coals than recommend them to friends.
