Exactly the same as the previous reviewer - put in manual claim then tracked went payable at £0.00 Put in second claim only to be told by topcashback today Halfords have now declined my payment with no reason. Would advise against using Halfords if you expect to get cashback. TopCashBack are saying it could be the way my cookies are set, but my claims have been successful with other retailers so I don't think that's it.

Thoroughly recommend Halfords for products, prices and cashback. Ordered goods online to pick up in store. Same products cheaper online than in store and items picked in store ready for customer collection. Cashback already on account, potentially before I had even collected my order in store. Will be using them again.

Cash back didn't track for collect in store purchase. I submitted manual claim and cashback appeared as pending. It has now gone to £0.00 Not very good!

3 transactions all tracked quickly. Then, after a month or two, went to payable as 0.00. Raised missing claims enquiry but months later none have been resolved. I know of at least one other person who has had similar problems which were never resolved. Raising a claim is pointless as TCB are toothless against retailers that dont pay If your transaction has tracked, keep your fingers crossed it actually gets paid out.

tracks quickly but i know from experience very slow to pay - however it does get there. online beats shopping in halfords stores where the assistants know nothing about anything and obviously couldnt care less either.

REALLY DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE. BOUGHT A MOUNTAIN BIKE FOR MY DAD FOR CHRISTMAS - HALFORDS DID NOT REPORT CASHBACK THEN EVENTUALLY DID REPORT THE TRANSACTION AS THE ACTUAL CASHBACK AMOUNT AND NOT THE PURCHASE VALUE AND NOW AFTER OVER 2 MONTHS MY CASHBACK HAS BEEN CONFIRMED AS ZERO. TOP CASHBACK ARE TRYING TO SORT THIS FOR ME BUT I DON'T THINK HALFORDS ARE VERY FORTHCOMING! WILL NOT BUY FROM THEM AGAIN AS MISSED OUT ON £15 WHICH IS ANNOYING.
