Took credit card at end of June 2010, cashback due at end of Aug. Never paid. I asked topcasback to chase up and fobbed me off saying it was within timescales. So i left it another month, asked them to chase again, got same response. So i asked them again and now they have started spouting rubbish about cashback claim being more than 100 days old. I've asked them to chase up and honour the cashback- i'll update with outcome. Not happy

Cashback still pending since 17.09.2010 so very disappointing. Have been using the Halifax card so don't know why it's taking so long.

Exceptionally slow service. If you need a credit card quickly then look elsewhere. Took over 2 months to finalise etc however I'm happy with the product now I have it.

I found the service very prompt - application processed and card sent to me within 5 working days. Really cannot fault the service, plus point is that the Customer Services are UK based and not re-directed through to India
Excellent would definitely use them again!!!
