Declined cashback
Hamilton declined my cashback on a watch strap saying 'non-commissionable' despite being nothing in the T&Cs excluding it. Nothing I can do about it! Would not buy from Hamilton again as a result.

Brilliant
Cash back within 3 hours was captured on the account and payable in just over 30 days. Cashback recorded against price without import fees even though the price on website includes the fees.
