Hamleys dragged out my delivery over three weeks and failed to supply one of 13 items purchased. They then used their failure to supply this sole item as a means to decline the cash back on the basis that a refund for 5% of the value of the order was made at their request!

Ordered but then a couple of days later received an email to say many of the items I had ordered were "now cancelled". Customer service quickly relied but with a large dose of patronisation.

fast tracking and delivery. Don't use the gift wrap option, which is overpriced. I had done and it was so badly wrapped I had to take the gift-wrap off and re-do it. It wasn't as though it was an odd shape it was a regular shaped box
