Not impressed by Hamper Gifts at all.
I live in Australia and decided to send my family members a hamper for Xmas. As they are all based at different addresses, I clicked via Topcashback and proceeded to order 4 hampers with a total value of over 500 GBP.
Only the first transaction tracked for cashback so I decided to raise a claim, presuming that HamperGifts.co.uk would simply add the rest as a bonus to my account. Instead, they had the audacity to reject the cashback claim.
Such an unbelievably shocking way to treat their customers, especially for spending so much money with them.
I would highly recommend buying a hamper through another company. The cashback amount may be decent but be careful if you purchase more than one item through these guys.
Absolute cowboys and clearly out for themselves.
