The service from the company was good, but the cashback didn't track. A claim resulted quite swiftly in a confirmed amount being added to my account. 2 months later, the cashback moved from confirmed to declined. Had to raise a ticket again and it was swiftly added again as payable. Did get the cashback with the help of TCB, but a bit of a palava!
