AWFUL. The cashback tracked originally then it was 'declined' after few weeks. I have chased it with customer services who had no explanations. Finally after 4 months they said that retailer claim that 'booking was cancelled', which is definitely not the case as I did use my parking. So the retailer basically said a booking was cancelled, when it's definitely not cancelled.

Most times they track and pay fine but have been knocked back with a rubbish excuse on a large purchase. Very disappointed

Our long term use of the short term car park was great!
Very convenient for for both the departures and arrivals at terminal 3.
OK to park on level 3 if level 4 full, it seems.
Cost very reasonable and C back paid extremely fast!
Recommended.

Be careful - we have just had two quotes for the same parking. One through Top Cashback and one direct from BAA.
The quote using Top Cashback was significantly higher than the direct quote. Do check this before you purchase.

best carpark for stanstead it used to called pink elephant but they have moved to the hilton hotel with drop your keys off etc no thanks. so you need to book baa now to get same parking site as before
