Easy to use their website. Booked on 1/3/09 took until 11/6/09 to pay up the commission and only after opening a claim. Shame.

All worked fine - but they need to get their number plate recognition technology sorted to avoid long queues at the office. I prepaid to avoid all that and was stuck waiting nevertheless. This has apparently been going on for weeks.
