Tracking is hit and miss
Some transactions track other don't. No apparent reason. Tracking or not payment is slower than advertised

Awful service. Massively overpriced, only speedy if you want to get to certain terminals and most frustratingly, my e.ticket link wouldn't open despite the best efforts of myself and gate staff so I was forced to buy again. One 20 minute journey cost me £40. Customer service is non-existent and I still haven't received any answer re a refund the ticket that wouldn't work. On top of this cashback didn't track - twice - and I had to submit my refs to customer service. My advice? Skip Heathrow Express and use TFL services. It might take a bit longer but it's far less expensive and, in my experience, runs more smoothly.
