How do I delete a transaction from my account?

If you have cancelled the transaction with a Merchant or returned the goods, we would expect your cashback to be Declined on your account. However, if you wish for us to remove the amount from your 'Earnings', then please send us a support ticket , listing the date and cashback value of the transaction you wish us to remove.
