If you notice any issues (not answered through a help article) while using the TopCashback app, we recommend you submit a support ticket and we can help to get it resolved.
To do this through the app, tap on 'More' in the bottom navigation, then expand the 'My Account' dropdown open and tap 'Customer Service'. This will open the Customer Service mobile page and from there you can tap 'Contact Us' to submit a support ticket.
