Prizes typically appear in your account within 24–48 hours.

I think i'm answering the daily clue correctly, but the hummingbird isn't showing up. What should I do?
Try clearing your cookies and cache. If you haven’t already collected the hummingbird, it should then appear.

How can I share my link for extra entries?
You can earn extra entries by sharing the Prizeboard. This can only be shared once per platform (Facebook & X). While you're welcome to share it elsewhere, additional shares won’t provide extra entries.

Can I go back to previous daily clues?
Yes, you can.

Other than the daily clue, I'm not finding anymore hummingbirds. Is something wrong?
Beyond the daily clue, hummingbirds appear randomly, and we can’t guarantee their availability, it’s all part of the game of chance!
